DIY Chocolate

When all you need is chocolate, we're here for you. Our chocolate is specially formulated by Guittard for a premium taste, but without all the extra care and handling (and special equipment!) required for other premium brands. Order an extra bag to go with a DIY starter kit, or multiple bags to scale up the fun (and the yum!). These are the same size as our DIY starter kit chocolates and can be used with the same instructions for chocolate squares or truffles. Each package contains 7 ounces of premium non-tempering chocolate. Contents: 7 ounces Guittard compound chocolate. 

Ingredients: 

Dark Chocolate: sugar, palm kernel and palm oils, cocoa (processed with potassium carbonate), nonfat milk, sunflower lecithin and vanilla. 

Milk Chocolate: sugar, palm kernel and palm oils, whey, cocoa, nonfat milk, sunflower lecithin and vanilla. 

White Chocolate: sugar, palm kernel and palm oils, whey, nonfat milk, titanium dioxide color, sunflower lecithin and vanilla.

Made in a peanut-free, tree-nut free & gluten-free manufacturing facility.
